Jeffrey Lynn Martin, born November 14, 1965, departed this life on Tuesday, August 19 in Lexington. He was 42 years, nine months and five days of age at the time of his passing.

Jeffrey was born in Hazard, the son of Nelson and Vicky Martin.

He leaves the following relatives surviving: parents Nelson and Vicky Martin of Happy; wife Olive Martin of Lexington; stepdaughters Renee Miller and Goldie Amburgey of Lexington; brother Scott Martin of Happy; sisters Robyn Martin of Jeff and Pam Martin Boffo of Happy; niece Lauren Martin; nephews Hunter Martin and Mason Johnson, and also a host of other relatives and friends survive.

Funeral services were conducted on Friday, August 22 at the Engle-Walker Funeral Home in Hazard with Glenn Noe officiating. The burial followed in the Francis Branch Cemetery located at Jeff. The visitation was at the funeral home on Thursday, August 21.
