She was the daughter of the late Asbury Combs and the late Deliha Duff Combs.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Mitchell Allen.
She is survived by her daughters, Joyce Brock, Ann Combs, Annette Ray and Blanda Kay Crowe; sons Ronald Allen and Yvon Allen; sisters America Combs Newett and Cora Centers Fugate; 15 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.
Arrangements were handled by Maggard Mountain View Chapel of Hazard where the family received friends on Thursday, December 11. The funeral service was conducted at the chapel on Friday, December 12 with Eldon Miller, James Hamblin, Daryl Jessie and Arlo Fisher officiating. Burial was at Allen Cemetery located at Rowdy.
