The daughter of the late John and Mazzier Ritchie, she was born on December 1, 1939.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Winnett; sons John Winnett , Charles Winnett, Stephen Winnett and Tanner Miller; daughters Billie Johnson and Tabitha Hatcher; sister Jan Woods, along with 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held on Thursday, October 13 at the Engle Walker Perry County Chapel in Hazard under the direction of the officiating minister, Kendell Combs. Burial took place in at the Clear Fork Cemetery in Lotts Creek.
