Emory Raymond Haddix, 83, of Hagerhill, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, April 7 at his home.

He was born in Breathitt County on May 16, 1928 to Emory Haddix and Maude Grigsby Haddix. He was the Director of Scripture Memory Mountain Mission at Camp Nathanael for over 23 years.

He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Geraldine Haddix; sons Stanley (Connie) Haddix and Bradley (Pauline) Haddix; brother Truymond Haddix; grandson Glendon (Tabitha) Haddix host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday, April 11 at the Hindman Funeral Services Chapel with Roy Hodson and Larry Toner officiating. Burial followed at the Camp Nathanael Cemetery at Emmalena, Kentucky.
