Lee Caudill, 73, of Bulan, passed away on Friday, April 20 at the hospice care center in Hazard.
He was the son of the late Ira Caudill and the late Tana Caudill, and was also preceded in death by his sister, Christine Watts, and brothers Millard, Wallace and Layton Caudill.
He is survived by his wife, Patsy Caudill; daughter Janet Hendrix and husband James; sisters Geneva Smith and Irene Amburgey; grandchild Nathan Lee, along with a host of family and friends.
Arrangements are being provided by Maggard Mountain View Chapel of Hazard. No services are being held.
