Dodgers get past Padres

Last week, the Dodgers and the Padres hooked up on the little league diamond. The game went back and forth with the Dodgers coming out on top 11-8.

The Dodgers took the 2-1 lead in the first inning. The Padres tied the game at four in the third inning, and took the 7-6 lead in the fourth inning.

The Dodgers broke the game open in the fifth frame as they score five runs to take the 11-7 advantage. The Padres could only muster a single run in the bottom of the sixth inning, leaving the Dodgers with the 11-8 win.

Dodgers (11) Kyle Johnson 2 runs, Dylan Fields 1 hit and 3 runs, Brody Dixon 1 hit and 1 run, Andrew Roark 1 hit, Dustin Fields 1 hit and 1 run, Colton Walker 1 run, Dalton Bowling 1 hit and 1 run, Max Johnson 1 run, and Charles Mullins 1 run.

Padres (8) Colton Smith 2 runs, Nick Combs 1 hit and 1 run, Andy Baker 2 hits and 2 runs, Draven Goins 1 hit, Bryce Watts 1 run and Matt Williams 2 runs.
