Donna Sue Farler, 44, passed away on Sunday, June 17 in Hazard.
She was born on August 12, 1967 in Perry County to the late Albert and Joyce Farler, and was also preceded in death by one her brother, Joe Farler, nephew Josh Farler, and half-sister Susan Farler.
She is survived by her nephew, Joseph Farler; nieces April Bruner and Leslie Farler; brother Rick Farler and wife Carol, and a special friend Tommy Rice, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 22 at 3 p.m. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home of Hazard, where the family will receive friends from noon until the time of the service. Burial will take place at the Caudill Cemetery located at Viper.
