Christopher Steven Foutch, 42, passed away on Wednesday, June 20 at the Kindred Hospital in Louisville.
He was born on October 2, 1969 in Cumberland, Kentucky to the late Bill Foutch and Pauline Baker. He was a lifelong resident of Perry County and a member of the Krypton lodge of Free and Accepted Masons No. 905.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda Renee Foutch, son Jarrett Christopher Foutch, and daughter Jaylyn Grace Foutch, all of Slemp, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held on Sunday, June 24 with the Rev. Charles Bush officiating at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home of Hazard. Burial took place at the Cornett Family Cemetery located at Slemp.
