Charles M. Ross, 92, of Florida, passed away on Friday, May 18 in Florida.
He is survived by his wife, Billie Lou Ross, and a host of family and friends.
Arrangements were handled by Maggard Brothers Funeral Home of Hazard, where the family received friends on Saturday, July 14. A memorial service followed, with the burial taking place at Riverside Cemetery in Hazard.
