Gladys Combs, 85, of Hazard, died Thursday, July 26 at the hospice care center in Hazard.
She was the daughter of the late William Napier and the late Bethany Napier, and was also preceded in death by her late husband, Alonzo Combs.
She is survived by sons Tony Combs and wife Deirdre, Paul Combs and wife Nancy, and Eddie Combs; brother Quinton Napier, along with five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Arrangements are being handled by Maggard Brothers Funeral Home of Hazard, where the family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday, July 29. Services will immediately follow with Paul Couch officiating. Interment will be at the Pollard Cemetery in Hazard.
