Water running off mountains will the valleys in Hazard caused flash flooding for the third time this summer.
Hail came down during Wednesday afternoon's surprise storm.
Another round of severe storming caused yet another flash flood in Hazard yesterday. The storms just keep coming in eastern Kentucky where as the rest of the united states finds themselves in drought.
The flooding didn’t last long but came quickly around six pm Wednesday afternoon.
