Lonzo Guerra, 83, of Bonnyman, died on Wednesday, August 1 at the Hazard ARH medical center.

He was a retired coal miner and son of the late Bert Guerra and the late Lucy Hoskins Murphy, and was also preceded in death by his wife, Jeanette Pratt Guerra, and daughters Mashelle Bell and Sue Combs.

He is survived by his daughter, Leshia Napier and husband Dean; son Harold Guerra and wife Patricia; sons-in-law Ken Bell and Roger Combs; grandchildren Regina Ison, Brian Bell, Daniel Combs, Jessica Guerra and Zach Napier; and grandchildren Abigail Ison, Hayden Ison and Josie Combs.

Arrangements are being handled by Maggard Mountain View Chapel of Hazard. A memorial service will be held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, August 3.
