Charles McIntosh, 75, formerly of Perry County, died Monday, Oct. 22 at Tennova Healthcare in La Follette, Tn. He was a retired truck driver for the coal mines.

He was son of the late Noah McIntosh and the late Carlie Tharp McIntosh, and was also preceded in death by his sister, Betty Davis; brother Eugene McIntosh; and grandsons Gabriel Gomez and Eli O’ Sullivan.

He is survived by his wife, Edna McIntosh; daughters Ann Roberts, Sharon O’ Sullivan, Wanda McIntosh, and Linda McIntosh; sons Raymond McIntosh, Irvine McIntosh, Robert McIntosh, and James Fugate; sisters Dorothy Davis and Pearlie Waldon; brothers Paul McIntosh and Noah McIntosh, Jr., along with a host of great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Arrangements are being handled by Maggard Brothers Funeral Home of Hazard, where the family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 25. Services will begin at 11 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 26 with Willie Wagers officiating. Interment will take place at Bush Cemetery in Pigeon Roost.
