A boil water advisory has been issued for several water customers in Hazard.
Hazard City Manager Carlos Combs issued the advisory Thursday morning, which notes that a waterline break has resulted in the possibility of bacterial contamination in the affected area. Roughly 75 meters in the Gorman Hollow community are included in the advisory.
The advisory will remain in effect until the threat of contamination has been removed.
