Employees with the City of Hazard hung a Christmas wreath on the William D. Gorman Memorial Bridge Thursday as part of the city’s annual holiday decorations. The Christmas tree was also placed in front of the Perry County Courthouse this week, and Saturday will officially kick off the holiday season in Perry County with the annual Christmas parade on Main Street. The parade is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m.
