JoAnn Caskey, 42, died Tuesday, Jan. 22 at her home in Allais.
She was the daughter of the late Harold Combs and the late Frances Cole Combs, and was also preceded in death by her brother, Jerry Combs.
She is survived by her husband, Roy Caskey; sisters Kathy Sampsell of Hazard, Marie Prewitt of Upper Second Creek, and Zola Combs of Hazard; brother Michael Feltner of Chavies; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Arrangements are being handled by Maggard Mountain View Chapel of Hazard, where the family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 26. Services will follow with Rev. Buddy Turner officiating. Interment will be at the Combs Family Cemetery in Hazard.
