Carolyn Kilburn, 67, of Viper, died Friday, Jan. 25 at the Hazard ARH medical center.
She worked as a CNA for the Hazard Nursing Home, and was the daughter of the late Ed Kilburn and the late Evelyn Cody Kilburn. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Sherry Causey; sister Phyllis Combs; and niece Amy Morton.
She is survived by her daughter, Pamela K. Asher; sons Mark Pence and James David Pence; brother Ronnie Kilburn; 15 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
Arrangements were handled by Maggard Mountain View Chapel of Hazard, where the services were held on Monday, Jan. 28 with Karl Baker officiating. Interment was at Kilburn Cemetery in Viper.
