The Hazard Bulldogs traveled to Jenkins last week to take on the Cavaliers. The Bulldogs got off to an uncharacteristically slow start, but quickly got back on track before rolling past the Cavaliers for the win.
Hazard struggled in the first period, not being able to buy a basket. Jenkins ended the first period with the 9-6 lead.
The Bulldogs woke up during the second period and were soon in the driver’s seat. Hazard finished the period strong, going into the locker room with the 27-22 advantage.
The second half was all Hazard as they thoroughly dusted Jenkins. The Bulldogs took the third period 22-8, and finished off the game with a 17-1 frame. The advantaged added up to a 66-31 Bulldog win.
