Rhonda Gail Spencer, 60, of Conrad Estates in Irvine, passed away Sunday, April 21, at her daughter’s home following a long illness.


She was born May 22, 1952, in Hazard, and was the daughter of the late Joe and Sarah Jane Stollings Baker. She was a homemaker and a member of the Outreach Holiness Church, and had lived in Estill County most of her life.


She was preceded in death by her husband, Allen “Red” Spencer, and brother Elbert Baker.


She is survived by her daughter, Sara “Missy” Case and husband Johnny of Stanton; son Hubie Spencer of Richmond; sisters Francis Artrip of Ohio and Loretta Casada of Ohio; and brothers Wendell Baker of Ohio, Kenneth Baker of Irvine, and Joe Pat Baker of Ohio.


Arrangements are being handled by the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home, where the funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m on Wednesday, April 24 with Bro. Jerry Rose officiating. Burial will be at the West Irvine Cemetery.


Pallbearers will be Danny Holland, Ronnie Clowers, Eric Patrick, Landon Sexton, Ralph Dunn, and Rick Campbell.
