Perry Central opened the game with a 14-run first inning, and then tacked on four runs in the second inning to take an 18-0 lead. Buckhorn took advantage of the Commodores in the third inning, and pushed 11 runs across the plate.
Perry Central closed out the game with a 10-run rally in the third and fourth innings. The late pushed proved to be enough to end the game via the “mercy rule.”
