The Big Blue Smokehouse, a barbecue restaurant owned by Estill Neace and Doug Campbell, held a ribbon cutting ceremony for their Hazard location on Friday. Neace said it has been one year since he and Campbell have entered the restaurant business, opening their first smokehouse in Jackson last year. WKIC was at the restaurant on Corporate Drive Friday afternoon to announce specials the restaurant was offering to customers all day Friday to celebrate the ribbon cutting; live music was also planned for Friday night.
