Kentucky State Police say Mark Tackett, 26, was taken into custody and lodged in the Roederer Correctional Complex in LaGrange, facing one count of murder.
Tackett’s wife, Heather Tackett, was found dead by troopers with the Kentucky State Police in a residence she shared with her husband on September 5.
Police say the incident is still under investigation by Det. Randy Combs.
