He was born in Leslie County, the son of the late John Noyes and the late Nellie Wilson Noyes. He was a self-employed business owner and was a veteran serving in the United States Army.
He is survived by brothers James and Roger Noyes of Busy, Jesse and Vernon Noyes of Somerset, and Calvin and Andrew Noyes of Nancy and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Services were held at the Engle-Walker Funeral Home of Hazard on Thursday, December 10 with Rev. Larry Gross officiating. Burial was in the Noyes Family Cemetery located at Busy
