He is survived by his wife, Alice Shepherd of Beehive; mother Amanda Holbrook of Beehive; brothers Anthony Shepherd of Leatherwood and Clem Shepherd of Cutshin; sisters Teresa Cornett of Gordon, Ky., Lisa Bailey of Leatherwood, and Missy Shepherd of Beehive along with a host of nieces, nephews, family, and many friends.
Funeral services were held Friday, January 29 at the Church of God of Prophecy in Little Leatherwood with Robbie Delph and others officiating. Burial was in Shepherd Cemetery.
Brashear-Callahan Funeral Home of Viper was in charge of arrangements.
