She was the daughter of the late Leo Napier and the late Laura Hurt Napier. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Deborah Kay Melton.
She is survived by daughters Rebecca Williams and Charlie Patterson and Starla Williams; sisters Dora Sue Murray, Arvetta Renzello, Mary Alice Napier and Teresa Ann and Freddy Grigsby; brothers Bill and Sherry Napier, Henry “Bud” and Joyce Napier, David and Reva Napier and Randy Napier; grandson Bryce Spencer and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Arrangements were handled by Maggard Mountain View Chapel of Hazard where the family received friends on Wednesday, September 25. The funeral service was conducted on Thursday, September 1 with Merrill David Collins officiating. Interment was at Riverside Cemetery located in Hazard.
