Rebecca “Becky” Jo Couch, 58, of Combs, died Friday, April 27 at the hospice care center in Hazard. She was a clerk for the Hazard ARH for many years.

She was preceded in death by her father, Joe Wright.

She is survived by her husband, Frank “Mack” Couch; mother Shirley Jo Wright; daughter Maxie Jo Combs and husband Greg; step-daughter Tammy Noble and Thomas Kilburn; sisters Kimberly Proctor and husband Ron, and Jenn Wright; special aunt Paula Johnson; nieces Erin Cox and Jackie Wooton; nephews Seth Proctor and James Douglas Noble, along with a host of family and friends.

Arrangements are being handled by Maggard Mountain View Chapel of Hazard, where the family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. on Monday, April 30, with services immediately following with Don Pinson officiating. Interment will be at Couch Cemetery in Hazard.
