Marie Gray, 72, passed away on Thursday, June 14 at the Hazard ARH medical center.
She was born March 17, 1940 in Perry County, the daughter of the late Oris Dickerson and the late Nannie Bell Dickerson, and was also preceded in death by brothers James Dickerson and Wilburn Dickerson.
She is survived by her life-long companion, Fred Daniels of Busy; sons Harold Gray, Jr. and wife Teresa of Busy, Kenny Gray of Hazard, James Keith Gray and wife Jennifer of Busy, and Eddie Gray and wife Darlene of Knott County; along with nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were conducted on Monday, June 18 at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Bill Gamble officiating. The interment followed in the Dickerson Family Cemetery located at Busy.
