Ford Eversole, 53, of Gays Creek, died Sunday, Oct. 21 at the hospice care center in Hazard.
He was preceded in death by his father, Elmer Eversole.
He is survived by his wife, Tabitha Eversole; daughter Samantha Octavia Eversole; sons Ford Eversole, Jr., Timothy Jay Eversole, and Joshua Cash Eversole; sisters Tabitha Marie Napier and Maxine Stamper; brothers Elmer Eversole, Jr. and Isaac Eversole; special nephew James Dylan Eversole; two grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Arrangements are being handled by Maggard Mountain View Chapel of Hazard, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 23. Services will begin at noon on Wednesday, Oct. 24 with Paul Hensley officiating. Interment will be at the government cemetery in Buckhorn.
